1. Eligibility
You may use the Application if You are capable of forming a legally binding contract. If You use the Application on behalf of a child, You are responsible for their use and for ensuring it complies with these Terms.
2. License
Subject to these Terms, We grant You a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application for personal language-learning use.
3. Payments
Certain features require a paid Subscription. Payments are handled by third-party providers (Razorpay, Google Play Store). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. AI Features
Zoobi uses AI to generate lessons and conversation. AI-generated output may be inaccurate. You use AI-generated output at your own discretion and risk.
